Text me the photo Call 0404 77 55 55A tenant moving into a unit or a shop has a fortnight of small jobs and no trade who wants any of them: shelving and racking fixed properly to the wall, a partition patched where the last tenant's signage came off, a personnel door that no longer closes against the seal, closers adjusted, counters and benches assembled. It's the same work I do in houses with a different clock on it — evenings and early mornings so the shop can trade, and one invoice with an ABN on it. Nothing electrical or structural, and nothing that touches a fire door, which needs a licensed installer rather than me.
