It is a screen door that has dropped on its pivot so the sweep no longer touches, a perished bottom seal, or silicone that let go at the tray join two years ago and has been wicking behind the wall ever since. Caught early it is an hour with a scraper and a fresh bead. Caught late it is a floor. I'll adjust or reseal what's there and replace the screen when it's past it, but I don't do the waterproofing membrane under the tiles — that's licensed work, and if the leak turns out to be under there I'll tell you so rather than sell you another bead of silicone.
