Text me the photo Call 0404 77 55 55Common property wears differently to a house because everybody uses it and nobody owns it: the entry door closer that slams, the fire stair handrail that's gone loose at the bracket, a letterbox bank with three doors missing, bin room hinges rusted through. None of it is urgent until the day it is. I work from the manager's list rather than a resident's phone call, send the certificate of currency to the building before I arrive, keep noisy work inside sensible hours, and invoice the scheme rather than chasing individuals. Anything that touches fire doors, essential services or the switchboard goes back to the manager with a name to ring, because that is not my licence to hold.
General repairs and maintenance only — no licensed plumbing or electrical work, in line with NSW licensing requirements.
